He was born July 1882. He was adopted by a family in Wisconsin. We were told his birth parent's names were Thomas Burch and Martha (DePere) Burch. We do not know where he was born or why the family adopted him. We do not know what happen to Thomas and Martha. Does any one have these names in their files. Thank you.
