As Admin, I am going in to clean up the Burch Message Board, particularly two long winding threads. Because of the way the search engine is set up, I have to do the following: 1. clean up surname lines, to add missing surnames and remove surnames that are NOT in message itself at all. The states are to be in subject line and NOT in surname line. 2. retype the surnames to that they are NOT all CAPS or all small but Burch, Oliphant so forth for effective pick up by search engines.
