But I surely have found a lot of clues in her books. I recently purchased the reprint Burch books and there is an index, that makes it a lot easier to locate people in her books. My Burch line starts with- Oliver Burch and Barbara(y) Tennison, to Justinian Burch and Susannah Davis, to Edward Burch I and Anastatia (?Lanham?) to Edward Burch II and Ann Spinks, to Samuel Lewis Burch and Catherine Dorothy Brown. Edward Burch and Ann Spinks Burch, left P.G. Co, MD about 1799 and went to Washington Co., KY, then Samuel L. and Dorothy Brown Burch, owned and lived on lands in Nelson and Bullitt Co., KY. They sold their lands in Oct of 1835 and came to TX. Their son James and Valentine, were in the fight for Texas Independence. James, was my g-g-grandfather.
