She married Freeman Burch around 1863 or 64 in Ohio. Pitchford may be a married name from possible first marriage. Freeman was said to have died in Civil War. Matilda had a daughter. She applied for a widows pention. If there are any relatives who have Matilda's name in their family tree I have some very interesting news for them about Freeman Burch.
