I have Reuben (of New Kent Co.) born in 1771 as Samuel first paid PP taxes on him in 1788 which should have made him about 17 then or born in 1771. Of course, very few records in New Kent so really impossible to say. If you are interested in the family I'll be glad to pass on what I have.
