I think he may be a man we know as Charley F. Burch Jr. If it is the same man, then he was a distant cousin of mine. Our Charlie had 8 wives and after that he just lived with them for a while then got another partner. I dont know all of the wives nor children, but there were many. I did not know him to live in Eagle Pass, although he was all around that part of Texas. Our Charlie F never owned much of anything, certainly not any oil wells, though he may have worked in the Oil Fields, as did my father. If any of this is of interest to you, let me hear from you. I have the Burch history back to 1744, including data on his parents and siblings.
