I doubt it's an official document. It appears to be dated 1921 but the 2 is a little hard to make out. I inherited my Grandfather's family trunk and this was one of the items I found. The witnesses were my great aunt and great uncle. I thought the descendants of Anna Burch Crawley would like it. I would appreciate any feedback.
