Joseph S. Bunker was born 3 March 1818 in Davidson CO. TN. He died 26 March 1903 , Buried Childers Cem. Atkins AR. Joseph was married to Mary Ennis 31 May 1838, they had ten children, John Williamson b--1839, He served in Civil War, TX. James C.-b-about 1839, He served in Civil War, AR. Joseph S. Jr.b-about 1843. He was in Civil War, wounded and died in MS. at 18 or 19 years of age. Nancy C. b- about 1846, Jefferson E. b- about 1848. J.C.C. born about 1850. Jesse b-- about 1852. Johnathan and Jasper {Twins} b- about 1854, Jackson W. b- about 1858. Jack was a barber. 2nd wife of Joseph Isabella Owen married 15 Oct. 1865, She had a son and died right after, Nothing is known about son, Whether he lived or died. 3rd. wife of Joseph Sarah A. Martin, married 1 Aug. 1867, They had four children, Leander, Mary A. Nancy Ellen,"my grandmother" and Frank "Ben" She died after giving birth to Frank, and he was raised by Martin's. 4th, Wife Mrs Susan E.Jorner married 21 Aug 1884 5th wife Mary E. Parker, married 7 May 1885 till his death in 1903 Birth of Joseph and some of the information, taken from his bible, which my Uncle has in AR, other info from census and marriage records. I too was thinking Jesse F. Bunker could be his father, I found more info, that show's Jesse was a Methodist Preacher, I do not know for sure if ha is related. Roslyn
