Bette Richards asked about recommendations for anti-spyware programs. Most reviews of these programs indicate that no one program is totally adequate at removing or preventing malware or spyware. Spybot Search and Destroy is one good one, as is Adaware. I use both and run both once a week. I also have a program called WebRoot Spy Sweeper which prevents spyware from installing itself, and I run its thorough scan once a week right after running the other two. Doug Detling
