Hi Bette, As you know I am researching the PA Bunkers. In the information I have found about William's wife Elizabeth Monks, is that in 1820 William Bunker was listed adjacent to Henry Benn, Jr. Henry Benn, Jr. is Elizabeth's great uncle on her mother's side. The Benn family came to PA from Appoquinimink Hundred, New Castle County, Delaware. My basic question is: Are there any Bunker families in that area that might be the family (parents) of PA William? Henry Benn, Sr's oldest child Rebecca was born 16 April 1756 in Appoquinimink Hundred. Her younger sister Rachel, b. 14 Feb 1770 married William Munks/Monks. Their daughter Elizabeth married William Bunker, who is the PA William, whose progeny ended up in Iowa. Any help anywhere? Barbara Jarvis
