Hi Bette and Gil, Just wondered if you have any information about Sarah Bunker, who I believe was the daughter of Lucinda Gay and Obediah Bunker. Sarah was born in Bolton, Quebec Canada around 1832 and married a Bennett (I believe Nahum may have been his first name) in Vermont. Mr. Bennett died around 1860 and she then married James C. Phillips in Minnesota. She died in Martin Co. Minnesota in 1928. She may have had a brother named Noble Bunker. I would like to know if there were any other siblings and who her children with Mr. Bennett may have been. She reportly had 3 children with him. Thanks. Lois
Sarah Bunker (RN5350) was the daughter of Obediah and Lucinda Gay Bunker. She had several siblings: Cordelia d. 1904, m. (1) George Knowlton, (2) Caleb Stanley, (3) Celon Elwell; Mandana, 1825-1903 m. William Perdue; Noble 1827-1901 m. Mary Ford; William Benson 1828-c. 1900 m. Olive Ordway; Daniel Dominion 1838-1872 m. Velora Whitcher; Caroline Victoria 1845-1914 m. Hiram Clemons. I do not have the first name of her husband Bennett and no children. I tried the census records but am unable to find anyone I can pin down with certainty that might be Sarah with her Bennett children.
