My local CT librarian collaborated with the Waterbury librarian and could not find an obit. I then sent for a copy of Pearl Bunker's death certificate but my form was returned "no record found." Interesting that there is no record of her death. The SSDI says her last residence as Waterbury, CT but that does not mean she died there. SSDI gives her birth date as 19 Mar 1883 and death date 15 June 1966, last residence Waterbury. CT Death Index give her dod as 7 Mar 1966 Waterbury, age 82 widow. The Waterbury City directory lists her with a business in 1946, p. 374 and in 1964, pgs 90 and 154. There was a Ralph G. Bunker who lived in Woodbury (not Waterbury) who may have been her grandson. Wonder if she was there when she died or living some place else? What business did she own shortly before she died? Pam: Could you try again with the date of death as 7 Mar 1966?
