    3. From the Cape Cod Times, 24 Feb 2004: Carolyn Watts Bunker, 90 Brewster resident; painter, hooked rugs BREWSTER - Carolyn "Reddy" Watts Bunker, 90, died Sunday at her home. She was the wife of Henry Bunker III, who died in 1990. They were married in 1935. Mrs. Bunker grew up in Lombard, Ill., the youngest of seven children. She was artistically inclined but could not afford to attend school during the Depression. She later took art courses and painted and hooked primitive rugs. After the war they settled in Swarthmore, Pa., and remained there except for a two-year assignment in Argentina. She was a member of the Swarthmore chapter of PEO. When her husband retired, they started summering on Cape Cod and wintering in Sanibel, Fla. She lived in Brewster for the past 25 years. Survivors include three daughters, Maryanne Daly of Hartford, Conn., Nancy Smith of Moorestown, N.J., and Molly Korner of Newton; a son, Henry Bunker IV of Brewster; six grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. Services are private.
