He had students create an Index of the various periodicals published in Virginia up until about 1930. Therefore you will not find anything published after that time indexed in it. It can be found in most large Libraries. It is a four volume set. Then you must find the publication listed. However if you are looking for anything published since then you should try and find PERSI which is a periodical source index published by the Allen County, Indiana public Library. It can be purchased on CD-ROM from Ancestry. Once you find an article of interest, you can then order a copy from the Library for under $10.00. S word of caution regarding date material.
