I believe that Kentucky has just put theirs up with the images but I don't know of any others. I love it that in a state with one of the highest incidences of identity theft that we do this. Obviously, our legislature and governor, who is an ex-attorney general and knows about the identity theft problems, are well aware of the fact that there is no known case of identity theft from stealing birth and death records or any other genealogical records. Identity theft comes from people stealing your credit card and/or its number. Almost all of it comes from thefts from the mailboxes, restaurant charge slips and other charge slips. People want your money not your relatives.
