For those of you who are trying to help me figure out which Betty Bunker married a Hunkens or Hunkings: We surmised that this was really a Huckins. However, I just received the CDs containing 40 volumes of NH state papers and in 1665 a John Hunking signed along with James Bunker the petition to be free from MA. There was also a Mark Hunking, ship captain filing suit there for return of his ship in 1679/80 and a William Hunking. Evidently, there were some records with the name Hunking mentioned. So anything you can find on a marriage between a Hunken/Hunking and a Bunker would be appreciated. Thanks. Bette

His father was Joseph Huckins, who lived in Durham, Lee, and Gilmanton, and mother Mary Fernald. Dave Larkin East Sandwich, MA
