    3. The 1930 census lists the family in Waterbury, New Haven Co., Ct: Irving L. Bunker age 50, married at 26, b. IL, parents b. IL, burnisher mill brass; Pearl, wife, age 45, married at 21, b. PA, parents b. PA; George age 13, b. CT; Evelyn age 8 b. CT; Glynn, son, age 22 b. NY; Sophie Stanley age 22, boarder, b. CT, parents b. CT, bench hand, mill brass; Linda Godfrey, mother-in-law, age 71, widow, married at 22, b. PA, parents b. PA. Glynn has a funny initial after his name that appears to be a capitol A followed by a lower case b. Since Ralph seems to be missing from the 1930 census and this Glynn is the same age, I would say he is Ralph Glenmore as we have him listed in the BFA db. I would look for the possiblity that Ralph/Glen married Sophie Stanley since they are listed next to each other in the census and Ralph due to his age really should have been listed first. Also Ralph G. Bunker b. 13 Jan 1935, d. 16 Jan 2002, last residence Woodbury, Litchfield Co., CT (SSDI) may have been Ralph's son. I am very interested in learning more about this family and join Kipp in asking for help. Thanks. Bette -----Original Message----- From: H.A. He's one of the children of Hiram F. Bunker and Mary Ann Clair. I finally found him in the 1920 U.S. Census. He's living in Waterbury, Conn. with his wife Pearl (Godfrey), his in-laws (John L. and Linda A. Godfrey), and his two children, Ralph and George I. (prob. Irving). Ralph is 12, and George is 3. Now I find that there is a Ralph Bunker (born: June 23, 1907 -- died: August, 1976) in Middlebury, Conn. The info. is from the SSDI file. And I find a George Bunker (born: Jan. 14, 1917 -- died: June, 1985) in Waterbury, Conn. The info. is from the SSDI file. Bur most significantly, I found Pearl Bunker (born: Mar. 19, 1883 -- died: June 15, 1966) My hunch is that these two gentlemen are the sons of Irving Bunker and Pearl Godfrey. And far more probable, Pearl Bunker was the spouse of Irving Bunker. Do we have any Bunker Assoc. members who live in this area of the United States who could assist me in doing a little checking to see if my "hunch" is a good one? Any assistance greatly appreciated.
