It appears that numerous Ancestry/Rootsweb lists are being targetted by spam and suspicious phishing messages. Ancestry administrators are aware of this problem, but it may take some time for this to be corrected and for bad messages to be deleted from the archives. If you receive individual messages to any list I administer,[BUNKER, ROBLEE, DETLING, BRADT. BROTT] please just delete the messages. Please DO NOT click on any links within any message you receive, and do not report them to me as I already receive every message sent. If you subscribe to any list in Digest form, there is no way these can be deleted from the digests you receive, so I suggest you be extremely careful about any message that does not appear to be legitimate to the family history purposes of the lists.
