Sharon, I am looking for James and Sarah Elizabeth BULLOCK and their children. They both died prior to 1864, and I have never been able to find them in the 1860 Census data. Are you saying that they are in Putnum County, Indiana? If that is the case I did not know this. Putnum County is one of the locations where a number of my lineages are located.
