Hi Everyone: Does anyone out there have Bulloch family? Yes, that's "ch" not "ck". It is my understanding that the Bulloch's landed in SC in early 1700s. From this family descended Archibald Bulloch (1st governor of GA) and the line of Bulloch's which Teddy Roosevelt's mother descended. I have an ancestor named James Whitis Bulloch. He was born around 1788 in either NC, SC or GA. He died in 1759 in Collin Co. TX. He married Nancy Horton in Halifax NC in 1817. He is believed to be related to the Bulloch's referred to above. If anyone has lines of Bulloch's, or can point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it.
