Which Robert Bullock are you looking at. My book by Worth Ray has Capt. Hugh Bullock and wife Mary of York Co., Va. had William Bullock of Warwick Co., Va., James Bullock (Martha) of York Co. d. 1681, Richard Bullock d 1703 and Thomas Bullock of Isle of Wight. (No issue know to Worth Ray from James Bullock and Richard Bullock above) William Bullock of Warwick Co. had Robert Bullock (Alive 1671) of Warwick Co. Va. Robert Bullock (above) had Richard Bullock d. 1702 of New Kent Co. Robert Bullock (above) had Richard Bullock who married Katherine and had the following children: Edward Bullock, Jr., John Bullock m. Agnes Womack, David Bullock, Katherine Bullock, James Bullock, and Lewis Bullock. Worth Ray does have my James Bullock as the son of Nathaniel Bullock and Mary Hawkins. My James Bullock came from St. Mary's Co., Maryland, per his son Charles Bullock in his application for a war pension. They came to NC when Charles was about 9 years old and settled in the area now know as Camp Butner, so much history has been lost by takeover for the Camp. Much information is in the Thornton Library in Oxford, researched by Dr. Lewis T. Bullock on the 3 sets of Bullocks in Granville Co., NC (two file cabnets full).
