Did the Bullocks in Pitt Co. also have Bar-B-Q for sale? If so, it had to be good eating. The Bullocks Restaurant was one of the BEST places to eat and will long be remembered. I do not know James Garland Bullock. Are you from his Bullock line?? If not, which line are your from??? Did you ever talk to Dr. Lewis Bullock of Calif? I do not remember me saying that Dr. Bullock documented that he was from the Hugh Bullock line--did I? nor that he said that he gave credence to Ray's conclusions that he had sons or brothers in Virginia. Worth Ray in his book list sons of Capt Hugh Bullock and Ray believed this to be correct when he wrote his book, but guess if he was writting it today, probably would have some changes. Not even my line, so don't want to argue--I was just giving what Ray has and was hoping someone could use it to build on. Sorry for jumping into someone else's line. Guess this teaches me not to try to help others. Barbara Bullock Elliott--Durham, NC Maybe I am misunderstanding you on this. I just gave what Worth Ray has in his book and named the book. Also that Dr. Lewis T. Bullock did much research on the Bullock Familes in Granville Co as well as other countries. -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] <[email protected]> To: [email protected] <[email protected]> Date: Monday, July 20, 1998 10:58 AM Subject: Re: [BULLOCK-L] Jeremaih, Richard and Hugh BULLOCK >Thanks, Barbara, > I believe one can not find documentation that Dr. Bullock said, or >indicated, he descended from Capt.
