Pat I don't have a birth day on Mary either. I have established that she was born around 1831. She was one of 10 children 7 boys and 3 girls. I only know the names of two of her brothers, William M Bullock and Westwood Bullock, but I do know that William was born in Dickson Co. TN. Dec. 6, 1828. I know that William came to Graves Co. Ky in 1832 with his son William M. Bullock, and according to the 1840 Graves Co. Ky Census 2 females between 5-10 could be Mary age 9 and her sister Martha.. The youngest female would be Cynthia ( female between 0-5). The age is close, but the evidence points to Mary being born in TN. I don't have a middle initial, but it could be E as well as any other letter. This does not help you much, but it is a start. I would be very interested in any thing you find out about Mary.
