This does not match what you are looking for;however, I have noticed that there is a trend to names children after relatives. Elizabeth was a daughter to William M Bullock and Louisa M. Luther. William M was the son of William Bullock and Lydia Myatte. William was the son on Allen Bullock and Maria Garner. Allen is believed to be from North Carolina. That is all I have on Allen.
