Peg: Here is more from that BULLOCK index: 1790 SC Edgefield County BULLOCK DAN 511 District 96 SC 1790 Federal Census 1790 SC Edgefield County BULLOCK DAN 64 01 01 01 00 00 SC 1790 Federal Census 1790 SC Edgefield County BULLOCK JAMES 511 District 96 SC 1790 Federal Census 1790 SC Edgefield County BULLOCK JAMES 64 01 00 01 00 00 SC 1790 Federal Census 1790 SC Edgefield County BULLOCK JOHN 510 District 96 SC 1790 Federal Census 1790 SC Edgefield County BULLOCK JOHN 63 01 02 02 00 00 SC 1790 Federal Census 1790 SC Edgefield County BULLOCK RICHARD 511 District 96 SC 1790 Federal Census 1790 SC Edgefield County BULLOCK RICHARD 64 01 01 01 00 00 SC 1790 Federal Census Note that each person is listed twice. I have not seen the actual census records (I hope to soon) but I would guess that there is an entry in one area (pages 63 & 64 for one type of data) and another place (pages 510 & 511) for storing another kind of data. Perhaps someone here has discovered the reason for this? Then, I see that these four (brothers?) lived near each other (all on two consecutive pages in the census). They are probably all about the same age. They remain in the same location throughout the 1800 & 1820 censuses. However, Daniel is the only one of these three who shows up in the 1830 census. The others either died or moved? Then you pick up a Richard in Macon Cnty AL in 1840. Probably he is the grandson of one of the early 4. It could be from Richard's line or, one of his brothers. Just some ideas to consider, ray ----- Original Message ----- From: <ESOR1416@aol.com> To: <rwaldo@charter.net> Sent: Sunday, April 01, 2001 10:13 PM Subject: Re: [Bullock] Reuben Thomas BULLOCK, d. 29 Mar 1923 > > In your BULLOCK searches have you run across Richard BULLOCK., b. abt. 1810., > Georgia.
