David Perry, Jr. was the brother of the Esther Perry who was married to Benjamin Bullock, who was a property owner in the area as well, I believe. I'd like to know if Hezekiah Hix was father to Nathan. Somebody? I've got very little on the Hix family. Could the property in question be the same conveyed previously by Hezekiah Hix to Nathan? In light of Pete's prior writings, it seems likely. Would anyone like to stir the pot some more? Chuck Bullock
