Hi All, Once again I am stuck. I am trying to find the parents of Benjamin Johannes Slabbert. (He may be just Johannes.) He was married to Maria Magdalena Naude. I am also trying to find her parents. He died in Durban in 1942. She was born in Richmond, Northern Cape, South Africa and died about 1943 place unknown. She has an estate. South African National Archives DEPOT KAB SOURCE MOOC TYPE LEER VOLUME_NO 6/9/9774 SYSTEM 01 REFERENCE 83696 PART 1 DESCRIPTION SLABBERT, MARIA MAGDALENA. NEE NAUDE. ESTATE PAPERS. STARTING 19430000 ENDING 19430000 Their oldest daughter Catharina Elizabeth Slabbert was born in Carnarvon, Northern Cape, South Africa in 1901 ergo they were married about 27/6/1900 and they would be born about 1875-1885 as a guess. They had 9 children all told - 7 daughters and two sons. If anyone has any info on either of them, I would really appreciate the help.
