Hi Jean It explains reasons why Germans moved and stayed at the Cape, and what influence they had at the Cape. Then it lists names of Germans that the Author was able to prove that they definately came from Germany, those that he was not certain of, he did not include in his list. He does not go into any specific group or area of Germans.
