Beste Vriende Hester Pienaar (1717) wat getroud was met Lourens Erasmus (1704) het met haar dood in ca1796 “een opstal van een leenings plaats gen:t de Wolvecraal gel: agter de Attaquas Kloof” besit. Die Kloof het vroeer die Mosselbaai omgewing met die huidige Oudsthoorm omgewing verbind. Dit word nie meer vandag gebruik nie. Dit lyk my Robinsonpas is nou die roete deur die berge Waar sou die plaas gelee gewees het? Aan Mosselbaai se kant van die Langeberge of in die Klein Karoo? Ek vermoed in die Klein Karoo omdat die trekboerstroom deur die Suid-Kaap in ca 1730 teen die bosse by Groot Barkrivier gestuit het en die mense toe deur Kogmanskloof is om verder tussen die Lange- en Swartberge verder te trek. Attaquaskloof was ook al in die laat 1600's en 1700's 'n deurgang na die Klein Karoo. Ek vermoed dat omdat dit 'n moeilike en lang roete was, die mense waarskynlik eerder van Kogmanskloof verder suid in die Montagu-omgewing gebruik gemaak het om in die Klein Karoo te kom. In 1796 dus sou "Agter die Attaquaskloof" beteken het aan die ander kant van die berg nadat mens deur Attaquaskloof is en omdat die binne dring van die Klein Karoo vanaf Mosselbaai se kant was, sou Agter die Attaquaskloof in die Klein Karoo gelee gewees het. Ek dink ek het nou my eie vraag beantwoord! Miskien beteken dit egter ook vir een van julle iets - maar indien daar kommentaar is op dit sal ek dit nog steeds graag wil hoor. Volgens sy sk is hy op 19 Jul 1955 in Pietersburg oorlede en volgens sy ouderdom by afsterwe is hy ongeveer 1897 gebore. Is daar iemand wat toegang tot die nuutste begraafplaas cd het wat vir my kan kyk of sy besonderhede dalk daarop verskyn? Ek het nog weergawe 9 van die cd en dis nie daarop nie. Sy ouers word nie op sy sk aangedui nie en ek weet nie waar om te begin soek na sy voorsate nie!
