Compliments of the Season to everyone Is anyone researching the above surnames in Langley Marish and the surrounding parishes in the 18/19th centuries. My main interest is in the IVE family but all the others are connected in some way to them, quite often more than once and there are some relationships that start to resemble the old song "I'm my own grandpa". I am particularly interested in a John MEAD who married a Mary PIPER, I don't have a date for this marriage yet but suspect sometime around 1770-80, it is cofirmed by the contents of various Wills. John MEAD died in 1818 and I am trying to trace his origins as all I have at the moment is when he died and I would like to know who his parents were and if he had any siblings, a long shot I know!! Apart from John MEAD I would be pleased to hear from anyone who has interests in the names I have listed, Burnham, Colnbrook, Datchet, Iver and Hedgerley all occur in the information I have gathered so far.
