Hi I am lookingg for further information regarding a lady named Emily Gertrude CAVE. According to the 1901 census entry was she aged 30 and born in Wooburn, Buckinghamshire. I cannot find her this lady on the 1881 or 1891 census. i know she married in 1899 in Windsor, but i cannot find out anything about her prior to this marriage and 1901 census. So if anyone is researching or knows of this CAVE family pleae let me know - I know i may have to buy the marriage cert to find out who her father is and help narrow the search, but i have at least 5 others to buy first! Here's hoping Tezz
Hi Tezz, The reason you could not find her under Cave is she must have been a widow when she married Mr Beasley...Her name is actually Emily Gertrude Warner..and I have her on the 1881 and 1891 with her family....What makes it a clincher is that her sister Florence is actually living with them in the 1901 Census... If you would like the images let me know... Her father was George Warner and mother Anne....
