I have found a Maria HARVEY on the 1861 census for Thame. She was born ca 1788/79 in Brill, Bucks. She is living in the household of Robert Howland 52, at 64 High Street, Thame. However, I am confused by what is written for 'relationship' for Maria to the head of the household. 'Tombly H' is what has been recorded ??? Any clues, anybody ?? Ally - The Relationship seems to me to be "Jointly H".....in other words, "Jointly Head".
