Looking for a little help please. I don't normally delve in Buckinghamshire because it's not a county frequented by my lot in the past. However, I have one mystery at the moment and am hoping that the answer lies somewhere in the Bucks records. I have a Mary Ann KNIBBS who was born in Deddington, Oxfordshire in March 1834. She is seen at 1861 working as a servant at Stoke Hammond, Bucks, but that's all I have been able to find about her. Her parents and siblings all continued to live in Deddington, Oxfordshire, but there is never any sign of Mary Ann having returned there, not even for marriage.
