Are you sure that isn't Wheatley Oxfordshire? I don't know of a Wheatley in Bucks, www.streetmap.co.uk shows none, but Wheatley in Oxfordshire is very near Cuddesdon. The Oxfordshire Marriage Index shows the marriage of Samuel HUGGINS *of Wheatley* to Faith HUGGINS *of Wheatley* at Cuddesdon 27-Dec-1819. Try the Oxfordshire list. Or you could buy the OFHS (www.ofhs.org.uk) parish register fiche, is you have access to a reader (neither Cuddesdon or Wheatley is yet available on CD, I think), & trace back your HUGGINS in Wheatley & Cuddesdon.
