I'm back to the Bucks list(s) after a long break. My interests in Bucks are numerous, main names and locations are listed below. Right now however I'm hoping someone else may be researching Buckingham WHITEs. My step-grandmother Ann Maria WHITE was born 19 Jul 1854 in Fleece Yard, Buckingham, dau of George WHITE and Ann (nee DRAPER), who was a Kenilworth girl. George WHITE was Ostler at the Fleece then The Swan and Castle, with landlord James BLACKWELL, and was born 1820/1 in Buckingham. I see that Buckingham baps remain the brick wall they always were, still not available on IGI or anywhere else online, so does anyone have George in their files please? Of if someone happens to be going to Aylesbury or Milton Keynes local studies, could you have a quick shufty at the St Peter & St Paul baps for 1820-ish? I can't see myself getting down there to do research for a long time so any help would be greatly appreciated. In return I can offer lookups in Buckingham marriages and other resources. When I was here before, the 1861 census for Bucks was well on its way - anyone know if it's now available?
