Dear all, I have unsubscribed under my old email address because I was having terrible problems sending mails to here. I could type out the address by hand, and for some reason it would send it to the request email address, and I have no idea why. If the same happens here now I will have to look at other ways of getting help with my BKM people. May I try yet again take this opportunity to thank John Gurney for all the amazing help he has been giving me off list.
