Hi Norman I had a look in the 1851 Bucks census but can't find any married Henry (or Harry) SEER(S)/SEAR(S). Samuel SEARS is also missing. However there is a Hannah SEARS (39, married, head of household) and children living in Great Marlow - eldest son Emanuel was born in Bisham. The other SEARS families in Great Marlow are Joshua SEARS (29, chairmaker) and family, Ann SEARS (35, bonnetmaker, relationship listed as WI but no husband or head of household listed!) and some other SEARS women visiting her, and another Ann SEARS (36, house servant). There are also SAYER families in Great Marlow, not sure if this is a variation on the surname or a completely different lot. I am intrigued as to where all the Sears men are hiding.....
