    3. Hello there everyone, This is the first time that I have written to the list. My name is Helen Robertson and I live in Tasmania, Aus. I am after any information concerning Job HARMAN, my Great Grandfather. He was a convict and arrived in Hobart Town in 1842, aged 22 years, so he was born in 1820. He was tried in the Surrey Newington Quarter Sessions on the 21 March 1842, and was sentenced to 14 years in the colony. After 7 years he obtained a conditional pardon, married and had a large family, remaining in Tasmania and dying at the age of 86. His convict record states that his native place was WYCOMBE, BUCKINGHAMSHIRE and that he had a sister named Sally living at his native place. No parents are mentioned. I would love to hear from anyone who might be able to help me continue my research and maybe find some relatives living in England. Regards Helen. -- No virus found in this outgoing message.
