I am still ferreting away at my Copus's of Eton. I have found a burial for my Ann Copus in 1834, only 5 months after son John was christened. She was buried at St John the Evangelist, Eton aged 27 (hence my inability to find other children) Does anyone have a transcript of the Parish records and could kindly do a look up for me? On IGI I am unable to find another marriage for John at Eton. Maybe with a second spouse, he may turn up on 1851 census, if still alive, which would give me a clue to his dob and origins.
