Living through history ? the life and times of a small > village in Bucks by Ted Hooten, Published by Chearsley New 1994. It is an excellent book indeed, but published in small numbers. I persuaded Ted to increase the couple of hundred originally intended, but he was financing it himself so was nervous it would bomb. In fact, I think every copy sold out within a couple of months and the only chance of getting hold of one is if someone dies. Ted is dead, but I will check with his widow whether she knows of any floating in the village or, just possibly, she has a duplicate or so. I'll get back on this later.
