Hi All, I've been subscribed only a few weeks and have sat quietly until now. My Bucks interests are: COCKERILL - Winslow WATTS - Adstock / Aylesbury / Shalstone TOE/TUE - Shalstone KEYS - Adstock I'd be happy to hear from or swap info with anyone else with similar interests. Thanks Graham Down Melbourne Australia
Hi Graham, several of us are interested in KEYS of ADSTOCK. There were a lot of them in that small village in 1700s up to about 1840s then they moved away , often to America and Australia or various places in England. The line goes back to John KEYS and Mary EDWIN Married in Adstock 21 September 1742.Probably back to John KEYS and Frances DARNELL M Adstock21 October 1714. I have not found a definite link in my KEYS line as there were KEYS in several Bucks villages, although I think my ancestors were tied in somewhere. Which KEYS do you have on your line? There was a Marriage between a KEYS and a TOE---will have to look that one up.
