Tania - Have found the following marriage in the GRO Indexes : Alfred Ridgley/Florence Atkins, Wycombe R/D, Dec Qtr 1927 Also, birth of Alan C Ridgley, Wycombe R/D, Dec 1928, MMS : Atkins I am interested in the Ridgley name asa my mother's grandmother was Elizabeth Ridgley, b. West Wycombe 1857, daughter of George Ridgley and Emma Carey. I have a few Alfred Ridgleys in my files, but I don't think any of them is the one mentioned above. If your friend sends for the merriage certificate, and gets some more info, please ask him/her to contact me, and we can see if we can take this further.
