Ooops! Having looked at the family in 1881, & in 1871, I realise it's Zaccheus you're interested, not Benjamin & his family. His father Solomon is in the 1861 census as British School Master (incapacitated), with a son Ebenezer, among other children. Could be your Ebenezer was named after his uncle. Married Sophia PARSLOW 11 Feb 1836 at Princes Risborough, according to the IGI (submitted - treat with caution). No sign of him in 1871, but his son Solomon, brother of Zaccheus, is living near Zaccheus in St. Pancras. His widow Sophia is living in Upper Hamlet, Princes Risborough, with a "son in law" (could mean stepson or adopted son back then) Henry John PARSLOW, aged 2, born Parkfield Princes Risb. 1841 - Solomon & Sophia at Parkfiel. Him 30, "Scoolmaster" (sic), her 24, with Benjamin aged 2. At the same address, Moses LACEY, 20, Sawyer. All born Bucks.
