    3. Hello Marian. Many thanks for this. I think it reasonable that widow Mary would have stayed in the Wycombe area, especially if Louisa had married and had children, so I'll claim her until I'm proved wrong - again! Don't know who Philip Strange was. Not extended family. Another VKS, Eve, found a different death entry for a Mary HUDSON but this was pre-1901; and there doesn't seem to be any more for that name. I still don't know where James HUDSON fits in, but I shall keep Digging! Gt granny must have been laid to rest somewhere. I thank all again for help. Joan. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Marian Barton" <marian.r.barton@rogers.com> To: <bucks@rootsweb.com> Sent: Friday, March 06, 2009 3:23 PM Subject: Re: [BKM] James HUDSON papermaker Wycombe > Could this be your Mary Hudson in 1901 census > Richardson St, High Wycombe > Home of Philip Strange > HUDSON Mary age 64 widow boarder > > Looks like Louisa married John Saunders. 3. Hello Joan I can shed some light on the STRANGE people. Phillip married Louise MACDERMOTT, Wycombe district 1880. Louise's younger sister Annie married a William George (George) SAUNDERS 14th May 1893, West Wycombe. He was the son of George W and Mary Ann SAUNDERS - might he be connected to your John and therefore the possible reason that your Mary HUDSON is residing with the STRANGE family?
