Hi again listers, I've been sent some details by a fellow Nixey researcher, which says that Thomas NIXEY married Anne GIBBONS . . . no place, no date? I do know that Thomas and Anne had at least 4 children all born at Oakley, the earliest known being John NIXEY in 1787, details found on the IGI. As Thomas was born in Cuddesdon in 1758, if there is a marriage, it would likely be between approx 1778 and 1787. There is no trace of a marriage on the IGI, and I recently paid for a search from both the Bucks and Oxf FHS, neither of which had their marriage details. Having said that, John's baptism at Oakley in 1787 was also not in the search results. Is anyone researching the GIBBONS family in this area that may have info related to Thomas and Anne?
