Just had a quick look at my copy of the BFHS 1851 transcription and that shows a John TARBOX at Cross Street in Fenny Stratford with a wife Mary and children. Is this your family - Mary is born Mursley but John is born Drayton Parslow not Fenny Stratford and there appear to be lots of TARBOXes from and in Drayton Parslow. There's also a young David BATES in Cross Street. There's some pictures of Fenny on the Bletchley Archaeological & Historical Society web pages: http://www.mkheritage.co.uk/bahs/archive.html smee.innit@gmail.com wrote: > Hello there, > > My name is Christine and i'm new to the list.
