They're in the IGI. There's another one christened 1820, son of Ann - no fathers name. Since Tarbox is an uncommon name, you'd have a good chance of identifying yours from a search of all Bucks parishes. The Bucks Family History Society will do that, for a few pounds per search of their databases. It will include any information in the parish register entries which is not on the IGI, such as witnesses at marriages. I don't know what their coverage of Drayton Parslow & surrounding vilages is like, but it's on their website - http://www.bucksfhs.org.uk/ They also sell transcriptions of complete villages, but I'm pretty sure Drayton Parslow isn't complete yet. I've not been following this thread, but the name TARBOX rang a bell. A quick check shewed that the adjacent town and village of Great Berkhamsted and Northchurch, Herts. had vast numbers of them in the 1851 census.
