Hi Having eventually traced my husbands FLETCHER connection through the lanes and canals of Northamptonshire, they are pointing not to Rome but back to Bucks. Namely Samson FLETCHER Chr 15 September 1816 Grendon Underwood Parents John FLETCHER & Esther Samson married in 1837 at Cranfield Beds a Fanny FLETCHER d of Thomas FLETCHER & Maria. I suspect that this is Samson & fanny's child Harriet chr11 March 1838 Bletchley Bucks [ from IGI] Is there anyone else on the list researching the travelling families or specifically the FLETCHER family pre 1837. Could SKS please check the Grendon Underwood & /or the Bletchley Parish Regs to see if more info is available, siblings would be a huge bonus but I know very unlikely If Bucks has a list of strays do they include any of these FLETCHER families?
