Hi In the Posse Comitatus of 1798, there is Mark WOODING and James WOODING, both Labourers of Prebend End (part of Buckingham). Either or both of these could be related to your man. I don't think that the records for Buckingham have been transcribed to the IGI, but you may find someone on this list who can do a look up for you at the Centre for Buckinghamshire Studies in Aylesbury.
