The Posse Comitatus doesn't give any relationships. It lists men aged between 15 & 60 & eligible for call-up into the Militia - or in some cases, ineligible men & why ineligible (e.g. disability), with town or village & trade. It makes up to a limited extent for the deliberate failure to record names or trades in the 1801 census. It also lists the owners of beasts of burden & vehicles, & what they owned, as they would be of use to the army in case of an invasion. Older men & women are included under this heading. Some men appear in both lists. Can give you information about the wealth of your ancestors. Bucks is, I think, the only county for which it survives intact, though partial lists survive for some other counties.
